Introduction to Professional Ethics
Leaders are inevitably faced with ethical quandaries – especially in today’s globally connected world. Effective leaders need to know how to navigate ethical challenges successfully. How? They learn ethics, and practice daily.
Introduction to Professional Ethics presents the latest research from top experts with creative zing to make learning ethics easy, memorable, and fun.
We emphasize the practical application of behavioral ethics to provide the next generation of leaders with the tools they need to act with integrity. Unlike traditional philosophy, behavioral ethics draws on research from fields such as psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral economics to reveal the biases and pressures that cause people to make the ethical (and unethical) decisions that they do in everyday life.
You can foster meaningful discussion in the classroom, conference room, and living room with our engaging, research-based videos and case studies. So go ahead… raise your ethical awareness. Support ethical action in every area of your life.
The course is made possible by 'Ethics Unwrapped' program which is part of the Texas McCombs’ Center for Leadership and Ethics.
